Another interesting study also showed a 40 percent high outsourcing of companies in the telecommunications, professional services, or high-tech products from service providers not in their home country. In the United States in particular, companies are looking up to business process outsourcing for increased revenues. In fact, 73 percent of U.S.-based companies admit that they currently are outsourcing business processes to third-party service providers.

These trends in BPO services today are just awesome. They imply to us one thing: that there will come a time when probably all businesses will be hooked somewhere in Asia or Latin America for business processes. This trend is surely a headstart for most countries.
